Quesnel!! There is RV parking just off of the downtown area, lots of walking trails and a pedestrian bridge across the river! Robert’s Roost is a great campground here and our group rented a pontoon boat to for a couple of hours to tour Dragon Lake. And of course, more food by a local caterer.

The 2025 RV tour is going great! We stopped in Williams Lake, BC and went to the Cowboy Museum located at the beautiful Visitor Centre. The exhibits there are about cowboys (including women) who have participated and won in years past of the annual Williams Lake Stampede. Check it out! Then a local catering company brought us a delicious supper of BBQ ribs (so yummy)! What’s next up the road? Keep watching for more posts.

The weather has been beautiful! Yesterday we had special treats! 100 Mile House has a beautiful Centennial Park with a walk to the Bridge Creek Falls. Our stopping point last night was the 108 Mile campground and we can’t say enough about The Eatery!

Last night we met our group of travellers for 2025. We have a great group of people and we’re all excited about the next three weeks! This is going to be a great trip! We are going to travel at a relaxed pace and enjoy the great outdoors of western Canada. Our starting point is the heritage Hat Creek Ranch just north of Cache Creek, BC!

THIS summer is the TIME to tour through the northern parts of the four western Canadian provinces. With gas & diesel prices coming down it will be easier on your wallet (YAY!) for a road trip along the Northern Woods and Water Highway. There are so many things to check out!
