**Dear Valued Clients,**
I would like to personally thank each and every one of you for choosing **Clutterbug Cleaning & Organizing**, whether you are a regular client or call on us from time to time. Your support means so much to us.
This year marks **21 years in business**, and I am incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in our team over the years. While I spend much of my time handling office administration, scheduling, training, and meeting with staff each morning, I remain very passionate about providing the highest level of service possible. Many of you may also know that I organize **The Halifax Health & Wellness Show** and several large community events each year, including our upcoming **Women's Show this fall**, so life is certainly busy!
I am fortunate to have an amazing team of long-term employees and team leaders, including **Tracy, Kevin, Virginia, Az**, and others who have been with us for many years. Their dedication and care are a big part of what makes Clutterbug successful.
To help ensure our quality, consistency, and training remain at the highest level, I will be joining our cleaning teams on **Thursdays and Fridays throughout much of the summer**. This hands-on approach will allow me to personally connect with clients, support our staff, and ensure we continue delivering the exceptional service your home deserves.
I look forward to meeting many of you over the coming months. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience or any special requests you may have, please don't hesitate to let me know.
