Congrats to Walter Leukam for 45 years in the trucking industry. Here's a photo from way back in 1981 in Bordeaux, France, during a pre-trip. After more than two decades as a long-haul driver in France and Spain, Walter came to North America in 2008 — and here he is today with his new Peterbilt, unloading 35 tonnes of liquid asphalt in Wakefield, New Brunswick. Now THAT'S a long and winding road!

A special sighting in the quarry this morning!

While driving through the quarry near the old scale house, Jackie spotted two geese families out for a morning stroll with their brand-new goslings and stopped to snap a few photos.

These little ones may be cute, but they're also a good reminder that wildlife shares our workspaces. As you travel through the quarry, please stay alert, slow down, and watch for both geese families and their babies.
