Daisy A Day Senior Tip 🌼

Stay Hydrated!

As we age, it’s easy to forget to drink enough water. Even mild dehydration can cause fatigue, dizziness, and confusion.

💧 Keep a water bottle nearby and sip throughout the day.

Small habits can make a big difference in staying healthy and feeling your best!
