Liberty West is hiring an experienced Outbound OTR Dispatcher to join our team in Montebello, California.

We’re looking for someone who knows trucking, enjoys solving problems, communicates well with drivers and customers, and can keep a 45-truck OTR fleet productive. You’ll be planning truckload, specialized truckload, LTL and partial freight across a diverse operation that includes everything from general freight to live entertainment.

We like people who take ownership, work well with others, stay calm when plans change, and genuinely enjoy the trucking business.

If that sounds like you, we’d like to meet you.

Our Entertainment Logistics drivers recently visited the beautiful Amangiri resort in .

Whether they're pulling up to stunning natural locations or backing up a ramp at a stadium, our team pays exceptional attention to detail and precision. Every truck loads in and out in a tightly coordinated sequence; the trucks and trailers are clean and ready for stage crews to access their gear; and drivers are ready when changes occur.

At every venue and shows of all sizes you can count on the Liberty Drivers to keep the show on the road!

Moving freight from Los Angeles to Denver?

If you’re shipping 6 to 12 pallets, full truckload can be too much, and LTL can get expensive fast. Liberty West’s partial load service is built for that middle ground, with reliable, scheduled service between Southern California and Denver.

Priced by linear footage - You pay for the space you use
Loaded with intention - You avoid paying for a full truck
Delivered direct - You move without the typical LTL handling and delays.

More control, fewer touches, and consistent transit times between two busy markets. Shipping between LA and Denver, let’s talk! [email protected]

Diesel prices in California are hitting record highs, putting serious pressure on trucking companies across the state.

Our General Manager, Greg Dubuque, was recently interviewed by the Los Angeles Times about the impact of these rising costs across the trucking industry.

Managing fuel costs has always been part of our business. We keep fuel use in check by planning smart routes, slowing down and idling less.

We're bursting with pride to receive the Fleet Safety Award, Board of Directors Grand Trophy from the California Trucking Association! It's our 4th time receiving this honor, and our team is as thrilled as if it's their first.

We believe that Safety is everyone's role. From the dock to the office and on the road, each of us considers Safety as we do our daily work. Proactive maintenance, modern spec equipment, thorough training, mindful dispatch and careful loading all contribute to the safety of others on the road, our drivers and customers' freight.

Thanks to our team for bringing the trophy home again, and thank you to the CTA for recognizing their exceptional efforts.

Another year, another stretch of miles across Southern California and beyond, and Liberty West has once again been named a 2026 TCA Elite Fleet by the Truckload Carriers Association.

This marks our second year in the program, and it reflects the daily work of our drivers, mechanics, and operations team who keep things running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. From early mornings in the yard to long runs up the highway, the effort shows.

The Elite Fleet process takes a close look at how carriers operate and support their teams, and this inclusion reflects the consistency and care our people bring to the job every day.

Merry Christmas from all of us at Liberty West! From the busy highways of Southern California to tight deliveries that keep freight moving, our team shows up every day, usually under blue skies instead of snow.

Thank you to our drivers, office team, partners, and customers for the teamwork and trust throughout the year. Wishing everyone a warm, safe, and relaxing Christmas Day.

With corporate roots near Toronto, Canada, we figured it was kind to let our friends up north recover before we celebrated our beloved Los Angeles Dodgers. We got together the week after the World Series win for a BBQ lunch and a chance to relive the best moments from the games.

Days like this remind us how much teamwork matters. The same spirit that brings a championship home is the spirit our Liberty West crew brings to every job. Cheers to the Dodgers and to the people who make this place run.
