Congratulations to our Drivers and entire team on receiving Team Honda Overall Performance Award for a second consecutive year, recognizing excellence in safety, delivery performance, and communication.

We were honoured to welcome Dan Pace who travelled all the way from Alabama to visit our Alliston terminal to present the award.

Our long and successful partnership with Honda starts with our drivers, whose updates from the road help our operations team keep customers informed and respond quickly when plans change. From there, our dispatch, planning, customer service, maintenance, safety, and leadership crews all work together to deliver the service Honda has come to expect.

Every day, we come together in our workspaces to share news, celebrate each other, and celebrate shared wins during our morning huddle. Each department and location gives updates so we can work as one team. After so much growth in the past couple of years, moments like these are a key part of our culture and help keep our freight network efficient, safe, and reliable across our terminals in Ayr, Alliston and London. After we talk about daily shipments, fleet status, and work anniversaries, we all share a laugh at Director of Operations Matt’s daily dad joke. We were excited to receive our certificate for the 2025 TCA Fleet Safety Award Grand Prize in the small-fleet division at the annual Truckload Carriers Association Safety & Security Meeting in Oklahoma City. This is a special acknowledgment since the prize is awarded based on safety statistics and a thorough review of our culture and policies.
