There has been no official date announced for when this will come into effect.

I’m closely monitoring the situation, as many of my families are planning trips to Mexico.

I’ll be sure to reach out with updates as more information becomes available. In the meantime, travel plans can proceed as usual.

Mexico has approved legislation requiring tourism providers to verify an adult's relationship to accompanying minors. The law is not yet in effect, and implementation details are pending.
