Our very first port stop was Haugesund, Norway! As a family we explored the port area and shopping district. Unfortunately, since it was Sunday there were not many shops open. Still lots of good times and family bonding!❤️ , , , ,Norway

Port #6 is the beautiful village of Grundarfjordur, Iceland, population of 900 souls, home to this unique mountain, Mount Kirkjufell. It was drizzling on and off, but still no much natural beauty to see and enjoy!❤️

The Captain made the call this morning that the weather in Reykjavik was too unpredictable to attempt a port visit.

Lots of guests were disappointed, but I would much rather the Captain not risk the safety of us, the crew and the ship to attempt the docking in high winds!

Stop #3 was Lerwick Scotland which is part of the Shetland Islands. We did not see any Shetland Ponies but we did visit Historic Fort Charlotte and meet a young goat at Love From Shetland where we learned about the heath benefits of using goat’s milk products! , Cruises, , &NorwayAdventure
