💚 World Mental Health Day | October 10

Mental health is part of our health and it deserves the same care, attention and understanding.

In transportation, long days, time away from home, demanding schedules and the pressures of the job can take a toll. Sometimes the person who seems to be handling everything is the person who needs someone to check in.

This World Mental Health Day, Driving Force Decks encourages everyone to make time for the conversations that matter.

Check in with your coworkers. Check in with your friends. Check in with yourself.

A simple “How are you doing?” can mean more than you realize. 💚

🧡 A Day to Listen. A Day to Learn. A Day to Remember.

September 30 is an opportunity to recognize the truths of Canada’s residential school system and the experiences of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

At Driving Force Decks, we believe recognition should go beyond a single day. It means continuing to educate ourselves, listening to Indigenous voices and understanding the history that continues to affect families and communities today.

We remember the children who never came home.
We honour Survivors and their families.
We stand with Indigenous communities on the path toward reconciliation.

🧡 Every Child Matters.

Back to school is a good reminder that safety starts with all of us.

As students return to classrooms, our roads become busier with school buses, pedestrians and families on the move.

At Driving Force Decks, we know professional drivers play an important role in keeping the communities we travel through safe. Slow down in school zones, stay alert around crosswalks and bus stops, and keep distractions out of the driver’s seat.

A little extra awareness can make a big difference.

Wishing students, families and educators a safe and successful school year! 📚

Drive safe. Look out for one another.

🌍 International Women’s Day

Today we celebrate the women who continue to shape the future of the transportation industry.

Leaders like Adriesue 'Bitsy' Gomez, founder of the Women In Trucking Association, have helped open doors and create opportunities for women across the trucking and logistics industry.

From drivers and dispatchers to safety professionals and operations teams, women play an essential role in keeping freight moving every day.

At Driving Force Decks, we are proud to recognize the contributions of women across our team and across the industry.

👏 Thank you to the women helping drive the future of trucking.
