A common air plant or bromeliad In Belize, specially in Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserver.
They are very important! We have seen several species of hummingbirds, Red-legged honeycreepers and Red-crossbill feeding on the nectar of these beautiful flowers.

This is in San Ignacio town Belize C.A.
