Our delivery & collection options and what they cost
YM Online offers delivery to your home or office anywhere within urban Botswana. We offer delivery to other rural areas at our drop off points, or collection at one of YM Online Pick Up Points. Delivery options & estimated date will be presented to you in the checkout based on your delivery address, the location of the stock, a
nd the availability with our couriers. Standard delivery Main Centre: 2 to 4 working days
Regional: 2 to 6 working days
Remote: 3 to 10 working days
We offer free shipping within 50km of our store locations. We charge 1 Pula per kilometer outside of our store locations. If your delivery location is outside of our zones then full payment including the transport surcharge will be due before your order will be dispatched for delivery. Currently, our stores are located in Maun & Gabarone. Order under P200 will add a delivery charge of P50 within the local zones and add additional charges if it's further than 50km from our local zones at our usual rate of P1 per for every KM out of our local zones. Please also take note of any bespoke/premium items delivery time frames. They will be clearly stated on the product description page. These items usually range between 1-3 weeks delivery time frames. NOTE:
YM Online Pickup Points opening hours vary. Hours will be confirmed in checkout and on your Ready to Collect email. YM Online reserves the right to amend delivery costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.
