Dynamic Road Services is a leading transport and logistics company providing cross-border freight, fleet, clearing and forwarding, and warehousing solutions across Southern Africa.

We are seeking a hands-on and highly organised professional to join our team as Depot Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the truck yard and parking areas
* Ensure fleet cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
* Manage depot housekeeping and compound organisation
* Coordinate workshop yard activities and vehicle movements
* Monitor driver conduct and compliance while on site
* Promote a safe, orderly, and professional operating environment
* Maintain high standards of discipline and operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in transport, fleet, workshop, or depot operations
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to maintain high operational standards and discipline
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Additional Requirements:
* Ability to work outside standard office hours when operational requirements demand
* Strong understanding of fleet safety and operational compliance
* Experience in the transport and logistics industry will be an added advantage

* Conduct customer visits and maintain strong client relationships
* Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively
* Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
* Drive sales growth and support business development initiatives
* Promote service excellence and customer retention
* Represent the company professionally to clients and stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
