🚨DISCLAIMER!
💥All merchandise are pre-orders unless purchased on the lives or post states “On Hand” or “Ready to ship”
💥Please size up on all orders unless the post states otherwise.
💥Regular quality will not meet the same standards of high quality merchandise.
💥All orders are estimated to arrive within 5-12+ business days. Delays may occur due to shipping which is out of my control. I WILL NOT refund due to any delays.
💥Weekends are not considered as business days! I will not refund due to lack of patience of receiving tracking within 24 hours. My policy is not stated to be shipped within 24 hours. Orders are 5-12+ business days for shipping.
💥Delays are out of my control. A delay is a delay! A delay may be a few days or it could be 1-2 months, etc. However, I will always do my best to retain my customers and keep everyone happy. Merchandise credit is available towards any delays.
🚨CLAIMING ON LIVES
🗣️Do not claim items if you are not ready to send payment.
💥If you claim items then decide not to pay your invoice, you will be removed and blocked. You only get 2 chances. The first time I will cancel and let you order again. The 2nd time, I will just remove you from the group then block you from ordering.
💥Due to my daily schedule, local orders may have to ship out instead of pick up or meet up. Shipping is a separate payment once the merchandise has been packed and weighed.
💥 Live invoices will be sent to you via email or text. You must provide your name, shipping address, email or phone whichever way you prefer to receive your invoice.
💥Some lives will be pay-as-go. Meaning you pay during the live. You will screenshot the items and send payment immediately. Once an item is claim, you can not exchange it.
💥Once the items ship from me and with the carrier, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you have an issue please contact the carrier to make a claim. I am only responsible for shipping issues if I entered the incorrect address on your package. However if you moved or use a different shipping from what I have on file you need to contact me during payment to make address changes so the package could ship correctly. If you do not let me know that you moved it is not my responsibility to pay for an address correction once the package has ship. You will need to contact the carrier and do a package interception & pay the cost of the change.
