My swag bag arrived for my upcoming FAM trip to Cancun! 🇲🇽☀️🧳

For those who may not know, a FAM trip (“familiarization trip”) is when travel advisors travel to destinations and tour resorts firsthand so we can better recommend the right fit for our clients.

And trust me… this is definitely not a "vacation" or even a relaxing trip. 😅 Over the course of 3 days, we’ll be doing a whirlwind of resort tours, site inspections, meetings, and nonstop learning as we visit SIX different resorts throughout the Cancun/Riviera Maya area alongside fellow agents and our ALG Vacations Business Development Manager.

But this is one of the most valuable parts of my job. Seeing resorts in person, touring the rooms, experiencing the service, learning the vibe of each property, and building relationships with onsite teams helps me confidently match my clients to the best possible vacation experience. 💙
