Starting this travel business has been so exciting, and every day I’m reminded how much people supporting people really matters.

Recently I had the opportunity to casually chat with different people about being a travel agent, and I was asked some questions/had some AHA! moments that maybe you are wondering about, too!

My first was the AHA! moment:
- Did you know that you could book a Disney World trip more than a year in advance when the dates are released? For example, right now I can book a vacation for you through next October! To me, that says “more time to pay my vacation off and finding a reasonable way to do it”! Let’s talk if you’re thinking about next year already! Hopefully through Christmas 2027 will be released soon!

The next was a question:
- How much does it cost me to use you as my travel agent?
The answer? Free-.99!! It’s completely free! The places that I can book (currently any and all Disney vacations and Universal) automatically factor in for travel agents, whether you use one or not. If you book with me, it goes to me! If you don’t, it goes back to the company. Disney and Universal have already built the cost of sales into their pricing. Whether you book directly on your own or through me, your vacation costs the same. The difference is that with me, you have someone handling the planning, watching for promotions, and advocating for you before and during your trip. I can be there every step of the way to plan all the details, or I can let you do the planning if you’d rather be more in control- you decide!
