A note from the President:

It is always encouraging to see Singaporeans venturing out of our shores to a foreign land. We are a small nation, yet we humbly make our presence felt everywhere with our distinct representation of diversity, openness and affability. It is without contradiction that global travel has made this world seemingly a smaller place and technology has allowed us to be easily c

onnected with our loved ones at home. Nonetheless, nothing beats the camaraderie and familiarity of fellow countrymen in a place away from home. This Association hopes to reignite the Singapore spirit we grew up with, to create new ties and renew existing ones. We are also eager to share these goodness with fellow Brazilians who have graciously welcomed us with open arms. I am enthusiastic to be a part of this community and I welcome each and every one. Hoje é dia de comemorar e parabenizar todos os envolvidos nessa conquista para o agronegócio brasileiro: Cingapura abriu mercado para carne carne bovina e suína com osso e miúdos procedentes de todos os estados brasileiros. Antes, importavam apenas a carne de Santa Catarina por ser um estado livre de aftosa sem vacinação. A abertura total do mercado mostra o quanto a sanidade animal brasileira é robusta e confiável. Aproximadamente 100 milhões de dólares serão acrescidos no comércio com Cingapura. Essa conquista eu divido hoje com todos vocês!
