في إطار خطط مجلس الدفاع المدني برئاسة الفريق أول معالي الشيخ راشد بن عبدالله آل خليفة وزير الداخلية، والتي تسعى إلى مواصلة رفع مستوى الاستعداد والاستجابة لمختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة، استضافت بابكو إنرجيز اجتماعاً تنسيقياً حول الاستعداد لحالات الطوارئ في الشركات الصناعية، والذي تم تنظيمه وفق خطط عمل اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة الطوارئ المدنية وبالتعاون والتنسيق مع إدارة الأزمات والكوارث بوزارة الداخلية.
يأتي ذلك في إطار السعي المشترك لتقييم مستوى الجاهزية والاستعداد للطوارئ لدى منشآت الشركات الصناعية الكبرى في مملكة البحرين، وذلك عبر مراجعة منظومات الطوارئ المعتمدة، وتحديد فرص التحسين، وتعزيز سبل التكامل بين مختلف الجهات المعنية لضمان استجابة فعّالة ومنسّقة في حال وقوع أي طارئ.
In alignment with national efforts to strengthen crisis readiness across the Kingdom of Bahrain’s industrial sector, Bapco Energies hosted a high-level industrial emergency response committee coordination meeting. The event was organized in close collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, under the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior.
Held in Awali, the meeting brought together senior leaders and safety experts from major industrial and governmental entities to assess Bahrain’s emergency readiness and review response strategies across key industrial facilities.
The session featured in-depth discussions on enhancing existing emergency response frameworks, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering stronger coordination between stakeholders. The meeting also underscored the importance of implementing joint field exercises and maintaining an ongoing schedule of specialized training programs.
