Our December nomination is one of the new additions to the - Dimitar, also known as Douglas 👋 🤩 .
He joined us a month ago and we are excited to show you what is his story so far!

🗣️ Brief introduction
My real name is Dimitar, although, since recently, I am a little better known as ‘Douglas.’ I am 23, generally quiet, and may or may not have been described as a robot, but I am actually the “mom” in the friend group. Otherwise, I am the most normal, average guy you can find.

🗣️ How did you join Montway?
I was referred by a friend two months ago. And after going through the interview I knew the environment in the office was probably what I was looking for. A place where mistakes are not viewed as whip-cracking tyrants but as stepstones for improvement and with friendly supervisors that want you to succeed.

🗣️ What excites you about your job at Montway?
The fact that it is completely new to me, the friendly environment, the lack of pretentiousness from the side of more experienced people in the office, the fact that sometimes it feels like I am solving a puzzle when working. Another thing is that you can ask anyone and they will be willing to help you out, without making you feel bad for not knowing something, which is cool.

🗣️ And what excites you right now personally?
Simple things. Helping out others by making them laugh, listening to them, or just being there. My favorite books, authors, music bands, and history. Also, learning new things, Montway-related or not, has always been exciting for me.
