Let’s take a look at how we at Santa Fe Relocation are adapting to working from home and how we continue to help our customers during these challenging times. We asked Bettina, who’s based in :

What do you enjoy most about working from home?
“The best thing about working from home is that I can use those extra 2-3 hours that I’d spend in traffic for reading, running, learning French. I like to work in the garden, getting all that D-vitamin from the sun.”

Give us a recent example of how you’ve helped our customers?
“I helped one of our customers in the US who are planning to expand in Virginia. After the talk, they had a much better understanding of the current COVID-19 pandemic and what they need to do for their people once it is over. Everyone is so much more flexible with their time now. We allowed ourselves to stay on the call over the scheduled time and discussed everything in detail.”

What do you enjoy most about working from home?
“Nowadays, working from home, I don’t have to worry about switching my comfy pajama pants and fluffy socks. Also, my dog Kasey thinks she is in heaven as mommy is always available at the reach of her paw.”

Give us a recent example of how you’ve helped our customers?
“As 99% of my clients are in the same boat today, I feel that it made us closer and removed certain corporate boundaries. Just the other day, I was on the phone with a customer discussing her company’s current situation. We managed to not only provide their employees with an online survey but also have an online induction for new joiners. All in the comfort of their bedrooms.”
