Around 300 neighbours came together for a unique picnic with a view! ✈️🧺

Earlier this month, aviation enthusiasts and local residents gathered at our spotting platform 01/19 also known as 'Vliegbos' for an afternoon of picnicking, outdoor fun and plane spotting. A wonderful initiative by We love Brussels Airport, bringing together the communities around our airport. The next picnic lands on 16 August. Zo begon de dag in onze terminal! 🎙️✈️

Vanmorgen veranderde de terminal even in een live radiostudio voor Goeiemorgen Morgen op Radio2. Een start met een gouden randje, want de prachtige zonsopgang en opstijgende vliegtuigen maakten het decor compleet!

Tijdens de uitzending van Peter Van de Veire en Margaux Bogaert namen enkele deelnemers het tegen elkaar op om een reisbudget te winnen en werd de ochtend feestelijk afgesloten met een optreden van W***y Sommers.

Een leuke start van de dag voor onze passagiers en alle luisteraars!
