𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀

Last week, our team stepped out of the greenhouses and offices for our annual team day.

We shared a good lunch, learned some valuable lessons about fire prevention with our local fire brigade and discovered that building Lego under time pressure can become surprisingly competitive.

Breeding, logistics, greenhouse, office. Different roles, same team spirit. A great way to recharge together before the season really kicks in.

Thanks to the firefighters 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻 - 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 for the warm welcome and valuable insights.

Behind every Belgian Mum, there’s a strong team.

Today, we’re proud to welcome four new colleagues to the Gediflora family.
Two in the greenhouse, two at the office.

With a full team in place, and extra capacity on board, we’re ready to start the season.

Everyone at Gediflora received a little surprise for Compliment Day. Not because we had to, but simply because appreciation deserves attention.

From greenhouse to office, from breeding to logistics, every colleague contributes to what we build together as a company. Strong varieties do not grow by themselves. They grow because people show up every day with care, focus and pride.

Roses are red, chrysanthemums are… not Valentine’s flowers ❤️.

That’s right, our mums aren’t in full bloom for February 14. But that’s okay. Excellence takes time, patience and love.

Every stem we grow is the result of dedication and care, because crafting the perfect Belgian Mum can not be rushed.

Right now, we are working with love and passion on what will become the flower of the autumn season.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚!

The first cuttings, freshly stuck in the greenhouse, mark the real start of a new chrysanthemum season at Gediflora.

Planning, selection, and coordination all come together at this point. After that first cutting, hundreds of thousands more will follow. Each with exactly the same expectation: consistency and excellent performance.

Een samenwerking voor Young, wild & tree, een initiatief om jongeren warm te maken voor een toekomst in de bloeiende sierteeltsector.
