"Twenty years ago, I joined Gediflora almost by chance. A job interview with my father ended up changing the course of my life. What started as an opportunity to simply 'give it a try' became the most rewarding journey I could ever have imagined.
Looking back, what I feel most is gratitude. Gratitude for the trust that was placed in me. For the opportunities I was given. For the incredible people I've had the privilege to work alongside. And yes, even for the challenges. Those moments have shaped me, both as an entrepreneur and as a person.
Together, we've continued to build on a family story that began more than 75 years ago. We've grown into a global leader while staying true to the values that have always defined us: passion, innovation, quality, and above all, people.
I'm incredibly proud of everything we've achieved together. But I'm even prouder of the ambition, the enthusiasm, and the confidence that inspire us to keep building the Gediflora story every single day."
