Most people think “logistics” is just trucks and containers. It’s so much bigger than that.
Logistics is about safety, service, and making sure people can trust that everything and everyone will be exactly where it needs to be, on time.
Two huge events happening right now show this perfectly:
🌍 The FIFA World Cup, running across the US, Canada, and Mexico, means moving goods (merchandise, equipment, medical gear across three countries), moving people (6.5+ million fans and 48 national teams), moving the broadcast (cameras and staging for 104 matches), and moving readiness (ambulances and medics on standby at every venue).
🚴 The Tour de France, riding through Spain and France right now, is the same challenge on wheels 23 teams and an entire travelling city relocating to a new town every single day for three weeks straight.
Different events, same job: the right thing, or the right person, in the right place, at the right time every time.
