https://mizigocargo.com UPDATE info - EVER GIVEN is DISLODGED in the Suez Canal 👏

has received confirmation that the Ever Given has been dislodged in the Suez Canal and has been put on the flow in the night of 28-29/03/2021. It is expected that the vessel will be moved to the Great Bitter Lake with the utmost caution. Once the vessel is safe at anchorage, the vessels currently at anchorage in the lake will sail out of the canal in a long convoy. The canal could be reopened shortly, but the current situation remains that the canal is not yet free for passage and we are still not able to share when the canal clean-up will be completed, and also when exactely the canal will be re-opened for the complete queue of waiting vessels to pass through. We are monitoring the situation closely and will be informing its clients and followers in real time.

EVERGREEN (EVER GIVEN) is still stuck in Suez Canal-
The Suez Canal passage continues to be blocked in both directions. Whilst efforts continue to dislodge the container ship operated by Evergreen Marine, numbers show that over 300 ships are now waiting at anchorage to pass through the canal. There is a steady inflow of vessels reaching the canal and the effects of the redirected vessels from global carriers is not yet reflected in the queue.

While is out of control of this situation, we recommend our clients who want to book on routings from Europe to East Africa to contact our local offices close to them for an alternative solution.

Indeed, the worldwide container vessels navigation is impacted by this situation, especially for vessels which have connections for transshipment, the schedule must change and cause some delays that we cannot currently predicate.

The big ship EVERGREEN with Taïwan flag which was blocked in Suez Canal on the 24th March is still stuck at place. Several hundreds of vessels are stuck in both directions. This will surely cause much backlogs in the whole worldwide supply chain, it will also impact vessels schedules and containers bookings changes during several weeks or months!!!! Traders have to prepare themselves accordingly.

doesn’t have any container on this ship but rather on the vessels that are blocked in series. Now the Suez canal authorities are still busy in intervention. We will be informing to our followers about the situation change.

EVER GREEN has 400m of length and weight « some » 219K tons, i.e. almost 13K TEU.

The vessel were heading to Rotterdam when a speed and powerful wind caused big sandstorms and pushed the ship which became lodged sideways accross the waterway.

The Suez Canal was inaugurated in 1869 and in the year 2020 about 19K vessels crossed through it. It links Europe, East Africa and Asian trades. Suez Canal is small in large but its role is capital for worldwide container shipping while connecting vessel trafics between 3 continents. Its blockage has impact on worldwide supply chaine which can also increase costs and transit time.

’s Central Africa collaborators are ending the first week training out of two.

After the Technical training, the second Trainer is taking over for the IT training for one more week in Kinshasa before the trainees get back to Katanga, Kivu, Kigali and Local Kinshasa downtown @ their respective operational places.

A pic shooting in MAC’s Kinshasa offices is cool after the first operational session training, we also got relax time afterward.

Je suis votre container que vous avez envoyé avec MIZIGO AFRICA CARGO il y a quelques jours, je suis actuellement dans l’océan, je ne peux pas sauter et nager pour aller passer mon réveillon à Pointe-Noire où mon bateau fait cabotage actuellement car je suis sous contrôle de MIZIGO 😟... mais je vous envois quand même mes meilleurs voeux et je passe le réveillon avec le Capitaine MIZIGO 🤩🧑🏿‍✈️ bonne année 2021 🥂 🎇
