Happy 250th Birthday to the United States! 🇺🇸🎉
Last week, Rosy Blue had the honour of not only joining, but also proudly supporting, the celebrations marking 250 years of independence of the United States. 🇺🇸 A moment where the diamond industry, and AWDC, took centre stage.
An evening that was both grand in scale and vibrant in spirit, with music, inspiring speeches and moments of celebration throughout. Highlights included remarks from the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who notably acknowledged Antwerp’s unique and historic role as a global diamond capital, alongside speeches by Bart De Wever and Mr. Isidore Mörsel. Beautifully paced from beginning to end, the celebration concluded with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the night sky.
The evening shone a spotlight on Antwerp’s diamond industry, recognising its centuries-long heritage and the enduring relationship between Antwerp and the United States, one of its closest and most valued partners.
