VLM - SHS Antwerp Aviation

Op 31 augustus 2018 werd SHS Antwerp Aviation NV, met zetel voorheen Luchthavenlaan z/n B69 te 2100 Deurne, gekend onder de handelsnaam VLM en ingeschreven in het KBO onder nr. 0547.945.971, in vereffening gesteld.

De activiteiten worden met onmiddellijke ingang stopgezet. Er worden geen vluchten meer uitgevoerd vanaf 3 september 2018.

Passagiers die een annuleringsverzekering hebben onderschreven, kunnen bij hun verzekeringsmaatschappij een claim indienen.

In alle andere gevallen kan de passagier - net zoals de andere schuldeisers - aangifte van schuldvordering (zie link) doen in de vereffening door bijgevoegd formulier samen met de nodige bewijsstukken ingevuld terug te sturen naar [email protected].

Indien uw schuldvordering wordt aanvaard en tot uitbetaling kan worden overgegaan, wordt U spontaan op de hoogte gebracht.
