**Crispy Homemade French Fries:**

**Ingredients:**
- 2/3 Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- Vegetable oil
-1 table spoon 🥄 🧂 salt
-sugar 2 table spoon 🥄
**Instructions:**
1. Wash and peel the potatoes (optional). Cut them into thin strips or the desired size for your fries.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to around 350°F (175°C).
4. Carefully place a handful of potato strips into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry in batches if needed.
5. Fry the potatoes for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
6. Allow the fries to cool slightly and then return them to the hot oil for another 2-3 minutes, or until they are deep golden brown and extra crispy.
7. Once done, remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Immediately season with salt while they're still hot.
8. Serve the crispy homemade french fries immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
