Enough is enough! Customers paying premium air freight deserve reliability, not endless frustration. We handed over a shipment at DAC on 16th March, it reached KUL on 19th March—and since then MH has offloaded it from multiple flights. Despite repeated confirmations, only partial cargo has departed. If MH cannot handle this volume, why accept bookings? High-paying customers are only suffering. MH must improve service quality and honor commitments.
