Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Visa Consultation & End-to-End Processing
Expert Advisory: Consult with clients to understand their specific travel plans and recommend the most suitable visa pathways and tour solutions.
Regional Expertise: Utilize specialized, up-to-date knowledge of entry requirements and visa processing protocols for Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, and other global destinations.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete visa application lifecycle, including rigorous document verification, application submission, and coordination with embassies or high commissions.
Client Liaison: Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients, providing regular status updates and resolving queries promptly.
2. Travel & Tour Package Design
Bespoke Itinerary Curation: Design and price attractive, competitive domestic and international tour packages tailored to diverse customer preferences, timelines, and budgets.
Comprehensive Logistics Coordination: Arrange and secure all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, local transportation, and guided tours.
Partner Management: Collaborate and negotiate with airlines, hotels, and overseas ground handlers to guarantee seamless on-the-ground ex*****on and premium service delivery.
3. Client Relationship & Business Development
Sales Generation: Proactively convert inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and leverage client referrals to hit and exceed company sales targets.
Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional, personalized consultancy to build long-term trust, driving repeat business and brand loyalty.
Database Management: Maintain meticulously organized records of client profiles, booking histories, and sensitive visa documentation in compliance with data privacy standards.
đ° Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 BDT (Monthly)
