4. Service condition:
a) We take the responsibility of carrying documents from your office to any of our service location to deliver with full of confidence in Bangladesh except holidays and any unrest situations. b) We have an online tracking facility. Our customer can track the delivery status of their consignment through our website www.actualgroupbd.com. (now processing)
c) We will receive challan copy of carriage, which will provide proper and details information of documents and parcels. d) For special packing it may requires extra minimum charges depends on item size & weight. e) We will submit the bill with invoice on the first week of every month and expect settlement within the same week. d) We have our own transport for carrying shipments from your office also have motorcycle service for Dhaka Metropolitan City.
4.1. Compensation after Claims:
If any loss or damage or missing from our side we will be provided compensation against carriage declared value under the following conditions:
a). Any loss or damage or missing from our side we will provide compensation 40% against carriage under declared value. Actual Post shall not be liable in any event for any consequential or special damages or other direct or indirect loss however arising whether “Actual Post” had knowledge that such damage might be incurred including but not limited to loss of income, profits, interest, utility or loss of market. In particular “Actual Post will not be liable for any loss or damage to the shipment or delay in picking up or delivering the shipment if it is due to acts of God, force major, occurrences of any case reasonably beyond the control of “Actual Post” or loss or damage caused though strikes. Political or other disturbed like fire, accidents of the vehicles carrying the goods, explosion etc., beyond our control. d). Caused by the act the fault or omission of the shipper, the consignee or any other party claiming on the interest in the shipment including violation of terms and conditions hereof or any other person, Government official in discharge of their duties such as customs taxation, control, inspection, etc. The nature of shipment or defect characterize or inherent vice thereof. e). The shipper indemnified “Actual Post” against any loss damages, penalties, auctions, proceedings that may be instituted by any Government officials in discharge of their duties, such as customs, control, taxations, inspection etc. f). Any claims must be brought by the shipper in writing to the office of “Actual Post” where the shipment was booked within 30 days from the date of acceptance by the “Actual Post” for carriage. No claim can be made against “Actual Post” beyond this time limit.
4.3 Note:
a. We do not carry cash money, Perishable goods, fragile items, Liquids, and band Items prohibited by state’s law. b. When sending lightweight, bulky packages use following formula to help you determine their volumetric weight. c. Length X Width X Height (cm3) ¸ 1500 = Volumetric weight (kgs). d. The greater of the volumetric weight or actual weight of your packages will used to calculate your shipping cost.
4.4. Payment:
100% payment should be made within 45 days after submission the Bill.
4.5. Validity:
This quotation will be valid up to 1 year and after agreement its valid auto. We assure you of our best services with a hope to have more business dealings. We are looking forward for your work to order soon.
