Position: Head of Sales (Information Management, Digitization & Automation Solutions)
Location: Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-time
We are now looking for a Head of Sales for one of our business unit, who is ready to lead from the front, build high-impact revenue engines, and drive aggressive growth across our Information Management & Automation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive annual & quarterly revenue growth across Information Management and Automation solutions
• Develop and execute industry-focused go-to-market strategies
• Lead enterprise sales cycles from solution pitching to deal closure
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
• Strengthen strategic relationships across private & public sectors
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver winning customer solutions
• Drive account expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve win rates
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Revenue growth & target achievement
• New client acquisition & strategic account wins
• Pipeline strength, conversion rate & forecasting accuracy
• Team productivity, retention & capability development
• Customer retention, expansion revenue & satisfaction
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
· 10+ years in B2B sales, 4–5+ years in leadership
· Strong experience in solution/enterprise sales
· Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
· Experience in complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders
· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
· Public sector/tender experience is a plus
Preferred:
· Experience in ECM/DMS, digitization, or automation sales
· Network in BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, FMCG, Govt. sectors
· Understanding of RPA/AI or workflow automation solutions
