• All services are provided based on the information, files, and instructions shared by the client.
• A1 Print & Accessories reserves the right to refuse projects that violate legal, ethical, or safety standards.

1️⃣ 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 & 𝑷𝒂𝒚𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔
• 50% advance is required to start any design or print work.
• Full payment must be made before final delivery.
• Prices may vary based on materials and quantity.
2️⃣ 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔
• Design charges are non-refundable once work begins.
• Limited revisions are included; extra revisions cost additional.
• Final files are provided only when included in the package.
3️⃣ 𝑃𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 & 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑠
• Printing starts only after final design approval.
• We are not responsible for errors found after approval.
• Colors may slightly vary from screen to print.
4️⃣ 𝑷𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔
• Customized items (badges, props, merch, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Sample/prototype requests may have extra charges.
5️⃣ 𝑫𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚
• Delivery time depends on project type and workload.
• Courier charges apply (if any).
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving items.
6️⃣ 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
• Orders can be canceled only before production starts.
• Advance is non-refundable once work has started.
