Job Responsibilities:
• Grow sales & distribution width in the designated sales area
• Analysis Distributor profitability status, work with Distributor SOP
• Generate ideas to enhance sales performance- Transaction, Acquisition
• Target and KPI Management
• Create awareness in their designated geographies and help to selling for the retail agent points
• Find new customer and constantly grow the business
• Manage the regional sales agents and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock
• Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which
• Ensure availability of stocks in all agent points
• Ensure that agents focus on our products
• Built business relations building with agents l
• Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory
Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements: None
Additional Requirements
• In-depth understanding about excel
• Interpersonal Skill

-পেমেন্ট বিকাশ করার সাথে সাথে আপনার বিকাশ একাউন্টে ক্যাশব্যাকের টাকা পাবেন ।
-ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালীন একটি বিকাশ একাউন্টে সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০ টাকা ক্যাশব্যাক পাবেন
-ক্যাশব্যাক পেতে হলে আপনার একাউন্টের ইনকামিং ট্রানজেকশন সক্রিয় থাকতে হবে।

বাংলাদেশের মানুষকে দৈনন্দিন আর্থিক সেবা দিতে পাশে আছে বিকাশ। কিন্তু সকল বিকাশ গ্রাহকরা সঠিকভাবে বিকাশ ব্যবহারে সচেতন নন । যার কারণে অনেকেই সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হচ্ছে। তাই নিচের কথাগুলো মনে রেখে যেকোনো প্রয়োজনে নিশ্চিন্তে বিকাশ করুন:
- নিজের বিকাশ একাউন্টের পিন নাম্বার ও একাউন্ট ব্যালেন্স কখনো কাউকে বলবেন না।
- ফোনে কেউ যদি আপনাকে ভুল করে টাকা পাঠানোর কথা বলে ফেরত চায়, সন্দেহ হলে একাউন্ট ব্যালেন্স চেক করবেন।
- কারো প্ররোচনায় লটারি জেতার মিথ্যা আশায় কোনো লেনদেন করবেন না।
- ফোনে শুধুমাত্র কারো কথা শুনে, পরিচয় নিশ্চিত না হয়ে কারো নির্দেশনায়- কোনো নাম্বার ডায়াল করবেন না বা কাউকে টাকা পাঠাবেন না।
