Position Overview :
We are seeking an exceptional Creative Designer who can seamlessly blend graphic design artistry with UI/UX expertise. The ideal candidate will craft compelling visual narratives while ensuring optimal user experiences across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the visual design direction for our digital products, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and user-centered functionality
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Create comprehensive user experience flows and journey maps to optimize customer interactions
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Produce engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
• Create and maintain brand guidelines that bridge both visual design and user experience principles
Required Skills & Expertise
• Expert knowledge of UI/UX best practices and design thinking methodologies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design excellence and user interface success
• Advanced proficiency in:
Figma and other UI/UX tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Strong information architecture and visual hierarchy skills
Technical Competencies
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of frontend development principles and constraints
• Proficiency in designing for accessibility standards
• Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions
• Experience with user testing and design iteration
• Ability to analyze user data and metrics to inform design decisions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience combining both UI/UX and graphic design
• Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
• Strong understanding of current design trends and emerging technologies
• Experience in travel or technology sector is a plus

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Location: G-11/A, Ground Floor, Shatabdi Center, Inner Circular Road, Dhaka 1000
• Job Type: Full-time
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Saturday-Thursday)
• Weekend: Friday
• Probation Period: 6 months
