* ডেলিভারি সময়সূচি: ঢাকা: ২-৩ দিন, ঢাকার বাইরে: ৫-৭ দিন। ছুটির দিন বা তৃতীয়পক্ষের ডেলিভারির জন্য সম্ভাব্য দেরি হতে পারে।
* এল আমোর মিসপ্রাইসিং বা স্টক আউটের কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
* টেকনিক্যাল ত্রুটি বা অন্যান্য বৈধ কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
* বাতিল করা হওয়া অর্ডারের জন্য ১০-১৫ কর্মদিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রয়োজন। ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে বেশি সময় নিতে পারে।
