We hope that you and your loved ones are continuing to stay safe and healthy.
Over the past few weeks, we have seen a significant increase in customer visits to the office for the collection of packages.
Given the Government’s safety guidelines and the size of our office, we’ve had to ask many of you to wait on the outside as we served other customers and this meant exposing you to the elements.
In light-of-this, we will no longer be processing packages at our office and will be implementing a ‘delivery-only’ system. Once your package is ready, our team will be in touch with you to arrange delivery, which will be at no cost to you.
Please note that this takes effect from Monday, 31 August 2020.
We thank you for your patronage and look forward to serving you as we go through these unchartered waters together.

cant seem to get any help on where is my package i'm beginning to think i will never get it
It is now October 15th. My items have been 'Intransit' since July 20th. After numerous calls to Ezone staff over the last 3 months, speaking to the manager....sending invoices about six times...I still do not have any resolution and a way to get my items. Does it really take 3 months to get items delivered from Ezone?! There has been nothing EZ about this process! Ezone's Credibility.....Reliability have all worn out! The continuous misdirection and numerous excuses.....VERY disappointed! I should have gone with regular mail...would have received my items already. I would like to claim insurance on my items seeing that it seems that I would not be receiving them!
Do you ship from Canada?
Everyone giving ezone high praise for service....unfortunately I CANNOT AGREE!!!!!! They prefer to get a bad review than waive $26.52 freighting charge for a piece of PLASTIC weighing ounces that I purchased along with another item. So instead of considering the circumstances of the situation.i.e that both items were purchased together and arrived at they Miami warehouse at the same time, but because they cleared items at in Barbados at 2 different times of the day...they in their infinite wisdom decided to charge me 2 freighting rates ($26.52 twice +$3.06 twice).....then because I only took one item and left the other behind they suspend my acct and didn't even notify me of such,I had to go back there to make a query then to discover such..but wait ...it gets better ....they told me that if i had used their credit card...they would have consolidated my shipment...so they could not do it if i asked but if I shopped using their resources, they would have done it without a problem...LOL....WOW...great service display to a new customer.
