It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Tessa Chaderton-Shaw, beloved sister of our Managing Director, Erica Luke, and a valued past member of the Board of Directors at Eric Hassell & Son Ltd.

Tessa was a dedicated leader and passionate advocate who committed her life to substance abuse prevention and public welfare in Barbados and across the Caribbean. She served for 14 years as Manager of the National Council on Substance Abuse and later as Executive Director of the Caribbean Regional Anti-Doping Organisation, where she continued her work in promoting health, awareness and integrity across the region. She also shared her knowledge as a lecturer at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.

Her legacy of service, compassion and advocacy will not be forgotten.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to our Managing Director and the entire family during this difficult time.
