Spent this morning at the most northerly point of Barbados, at Animal Flower Caves.
After the cave tour, we had an amazing lunch at their restaurant overlooking the Atlantic.

If in the St Philip parish and feeling hungry, head to Long Bay and visit Dis Ole House. It is located just outside the gates, to what is left of, Sam Lord’s Castle.
My suggestion is to start with the Fish Cakes and then the Breadfruit Cou Cou and Flying Fish.
Both are incredible!!
