Normalization International Flights Passengers Entry Requirements

Effective from the 06 of September 2021, the citizens and the residents of the following countries can fly to Azerbaijan on the flights currently operating.

8. Bahrain

ШАХ ПЛОВ - Плов это национальное блюдо азербайджанской кухни, которое обязательно сервируется на всех торжествах и мероприятиях. Приготовление Азербайджанского плова происходит строго по определённым правилам, и требует некоторых навыков и опыта.
В Азербайджанской кухне известно несколько десятков рецептов плова, один из них – гордость Азербайджанской кухни, венценосный “Шax Плов”.
Есть два варианта объяснения названия этого необыкновенного плова. Как известно, Шахом на востоке называли главного правителя страны, а так как этот плов подавался только самым почётным и дорогим гостям, которых угощали исключительными лакомствами национальной кухни, то отсюда и взялось название Шах Плова. Бытует также мнение, что Шах Плов назван в честь человека, придумавшего этот плов. Это известный азербайджанский шеф-повар Шахгусейн Керимов.
Существуют различные варианты приготовления Шах Плова, но основная идея его в том, что рис готовится полностью завёрнутым в лаваш или тесто. Как известно, самая любимая часть Азербайджанского плова — это Газмах, хрустящая корочка на дне газана. В Шах плове газмах фактически образуется со всех сторон, что придаёт этому плову особо-роскошный вид и вкус.

Gobustan National Park is a place where the mud volcanoes can be walked right up to and where the brave can even bathe in them. The volcanoes gurgle out mud at intermittent intervals, sometimes just a bit of sludge, other times a rumbling belch. Mud volcanoes never grow to the size of regular volcanoes.
