The Cabin Crew!
I’m Kate, the one writing all these posts and occasionally getting my hands dirty. My husband helps where he can, learning from Andrew, he has been a great asset providing an extra set of muscles where needed. We have two lovely children who provide an endless amount of entertainment, smiles and cuddles!

Shoutout to my sister in Onslow who provides a much needed artistic flair to the family!

Let me know what posts you would like to see!

7 years ago today we opened first door!

Enjoy this little video we found deep in the archives!
N733HL, now know as VH-OZU, was the first plane to be opened.
When we first walked inside, it was like we were boarding for its next flight. Everything was left just as it would be if you were coming back to your office at the end of the day. There were flight attendants lipsticks, coat hangers and magazines. Pretzels and peanuts were found in-between seat cushions and under seats.
Who would have thought 7 years ago, we would be here toady!
Can’t wait to see what the next 7 years bring us!

Captain Andrew and First Officer Mary!
Together for over 40 years, Mary and Andrew are the driving force behind this whole project! Andrew started flying back in 2004 and moved out to White Gum Farm in 2008. Moving from a Microlight aircraft to three axis, he has logged over 500 hours flying time. Mary flew for a short time as well before finding more enjoyment in the passenger seat. In 2015 they purchased the land that the 737’s currently reside on and White Gum Air Park was born. Over the now famous morning teas (IYKYK), the idea of being able to look out the window and see a “BIG” plane was born. Fast forward to March 2017 and the works commenced to bring these “BIG” planes to the Air Park. Trying to complete the refurbishments has been a challenge in itself, added to that, they own their own business in 3D Mechanical Design.
Drop a comment below and say hello to the Captain and First Officer!

We want to thank you for your support over the last year. We have been a bit quiet lately but promise we will be back at it in the New Year, hopefully with exciting things happening. See you in 2024!
