Another major step forward for MDX Group Australia. 🚛🚜💪
We’re proud to officially introduce another key piece of our fleet — our 15T CAT excavator, now working alongside our Kenworth T909 and drop deck widener combination to deliver complete earthmoving and heavy haulage capability across the NT.

Backing that up is our 2019 Kenworth T909, built to do exactly what the Territory demands.
Strong, reliable and ready for the long runs, the T909 paired with our drop deck widener trailer gives us the ability to transport machinery and oversized equipment safely and efficiently anywhere it needs to go — from metro Darwin jobs right through to Katherine and remote NT.
With the widener deck, we can comfortably move larger machinery, site equipment and awkward loads while keeping transport in-house. That means quicker mobilisation, better scheduling and less downtime waiting on outside freight.
A great example of the fleet working together was our recent run down to Katherine Golf Club, where we transported the excavator to site and completed 16 x 900mm x 4500mm deep post holes for new tower installations.
This was a solid job requiring accuracy, depth and the right equipment. The CAT excavator with auger attachment made quick work of drilling each hole, while the T909 and widener handled transport to and from site without missing a beat.
