What an incredible day for our community!

For the 3rd year, we were proud to be apart of the Pingelly Transport Auskick Carnival, held alongside the inaugural Nutrien Pingelly Netball Carnival. With 230 junior athletes, 16 Auskick football teams, and 5 netball teams, the town was buzzing with energy from start to finish.

It was fantastic to see so many young players enjoying the game, building friendships, and creating memories in such a positive and supportive environment. A huge congratulations to the organisers, volunteers, coaches, parents, and everyone who helped make the day such a success.

As a family-owned local business, we're proud to give back to the community that continues to support us. Investing in our young people and local sport is something we truly value, and it was an honour to be part of such a memorable day.

Days like these remind us just how special our regional communities are.

We can't wait to see these carnivals continue to grow for years to come. 💙🏉🏐

Such an exciting event! A showcase of our netball and football juniors! Same day- same place!! While this carnival is aimed for our older juniors (eligible J2 and our JD3 girls) we would love to see all of our wonderful junior kids come and support the girls from the sideline!

The great collapse one by one

Namour Transport. Brisbane. Second generation. Operating since 1982.

Forty three years of family sweat poured into building something that actually worked.

Gone.

Administrators were appointed in March. The second creditors meeting was held this month. The company is now under external administration with $12 million in debt.

This is not a business failure. This is what the industry looks like when government after government treats transport as background noise instead of the backbone of this country.

Fuel costs. Insurance. Compliance. Rates that haven't budged while every cost around them has gone through the roof.

These are not weak operators. These are families who built something from nothing and ran it for decades.

They didn't quit. The system ground them down.
