Folks just an update on the potential cyclone brewing off the Pilbara coast this morning. We have checked in with our Karratha and Port Hedland crews and can confirm that it is business as usual for a Friday with both Linehaul services unloaded and the local deliveries are underway. Our Town Link service is also on schedule.

Both depots have been making cyclone preparations over the last 24 hours just in case the conditions worsen.

The team in Broome are also safe and well after the storm came through yesterday.

We are excited to announce that we have acquired the Town Link Courier business and are set to go live next Monday 11 August.

Town Link is a great family owned and operated business that runs between Port Hedland and Karratha daily.

Only the faces and names will change we will continue to operate the same daily service just as Paul and Denise have done over the last 15 odd years.

We dodged a bullet with Zelia 🌀 and we now have to contend with playing catchup this morning to clear the backlog. Its is going to be a busy few days for the crew 🫨 so please be patient.

Customer Update:

Please note that the latest update shows TC Zelia crossing directly over Port Hedland late today. Travis and the team made plans yesterday to secure our depot in readiness and we will remain closed there until the threat has passed - at this stage it is unlikely that we will be operational tomorrow (Friday) and are working towards things returning to normal on Monday 17 February.

Our team are bunkered down and we hope things stay safe and sound for them 🙏🏽🤞🏽

We will issue another update tomorrow morning.

At this stage our linehaul services will still be able to get through to Karratha and Broome ready for Friday morning deliveries.
