WE'RE HIRING: AM Shift Supervisor🦺
Early Morning Shift | 3:00am - 11:00am (Mon - Fri)

Are you an energetic, hands-on leader who loves keeping things running like clockwork? We’re looking for an AM Shift Supervisor to take charge of our early-morning operations in the fast-moving food industry!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a small, hardworking team
- Oversee the sorting and movement of FMCG food products
- Maintain strict attention to detail
- Ensure dispatch deadlines are met and customers get what they need - on time, every time
- Work safely and maintain top-tier food hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory experience (a strong advantage)
- Proven track record meeting tight timeframes and dispatch schedules
- Experience working with temperature-controlled goods (bonus!)
- Physically fit and ready to roll
- Current forklift license
- Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced, critical role
