Sales Representative
Salary + Super + Car + Phone + Bonus Incentives
PRT is a family owned transport company that operates from Queensland, offering quality freight services both up and down the east side of Australia by way of express and linehaul services. Providing a “From your Door to theirs” service, PRT aims to expand its presence in Brisbane via the creation of a new Role.
PRT is looking to employ an experienced Sales Representative to assist the company reach new heights.
About the Role:
The newly created role will be a full time salary position with Bonus Incentives.
To succeed in this role, you should be adept at networking and have a proven track record of generating new business and sales in the freight/transport industry.
It is expected that you will spend up to 80% of your time in the field presenting our business to potential clients. The remaining time will be spent sourcing prospects. THIS ROLE CAN BE PERFORMED FROM HOME.
To succeed in this role you will be responsible for finding new accounts by proactively prospecting through cold calling and arranging meetings with potential customers.
You will be expected to demonstrate:
• Experience working within a sales or business development role within the freight/transport industry;
• A proven track record in new business development in the freight/transport industry;
• Excellent personal presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills; and
• A valid driver’s licence.
