FINAL UPDATE: Both crash sites now cleared.

FURTHER UPDATE 2.45PM: Original crash site has been cleared however there is now a second crash in the southbound lanes at the same location. Traffic management crews are on scene with one southbound lane closed. At this stage no injuries have been reported. (Photo of second crash in comments)

INITIAL REPORT:
Emergency services are on scene at a motor vehicle crash on the M1 Pacific Motorway, northbound at Mooney Mooney Creek Bridge.

Reported caravan has rolled.

Two northbound lanes closed. Expect delays.

UPDATE: No persons trapped or injured. Traffic is queued back past the Calga interchange at Peats Ridge Road. All lanes blocked for salvage operations.

Monday–Thursday: Please don’t message after 10pm
Friday–Saturday: Please don’t message after 12am
And please give us until 7am before messaging in the morning ☕😂

I promise we’re not ignoring you — I’m probably asleep and my drivers are too! 💤
I can’t pass messages onto drivers while I’m sleeping anyway.

Galston Gorge closed.

Crews are currently on scene dealing with a car fire that has blocked Galston Rd on the western side of the gorge. Road likely closed till approx 10:15pm. No injuries have been reported.
