Four people. Ten years each. ❤️

Over the past year Cameron, Jenna, Nicola and most recently Nathan have all hit 10 years with NGIL.

Ten years is a massive milestone anywhere, but especially in a family business like ours. These four have genuinely helped shape NGIL into what it is today.

On Friday night we got the crew together to celebrate, share a lot of laughs and say a very well deserved thank you.

Cameron, Nicola, Jenna and Nathan … thank you for ten years of hard work, loyalty and for being such an important part of the NGIL story.

We’re very lucky to have you.

Long days, early starts and plenty of time spent out on the road .. in our industry, it can be easy to get caught up in the day-to-day.

Today is a reminder to take a moment and check in with the people around you. A mate, a colleague, a family member … sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” can mean more than you realise.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Just asking, listening and being there can make a difference.

Look out for your mates .. not just today but any day. 💛
