Some of you may noticed I had placed up a post about a small raffle we were starting but it has been removed before anyone had donated towards it.

We will be teaming up with a Tickets in a Hat and starting another raffle with their support. It. Will have the same prizes as before but now with a new main prize!

If you haven’t heard about them, they help out community organisations with fundraising efforts by donating an item of their to raffle off. We are so grateful for this opportunity and cannot wait to tell you more about it!

Today we went back to our tyre sponsors at Goodyear Autocare Thuringowa to pick up their stickers to put on our car and show them the newly improved tyres.

The car is driving so much better since they put on new tyres for us. The rock hard uneven tyres that were on it wouldn’t have get anywhere near the start line let alone out of the state.

If you weren’t aware they do a lot more than just tyres. They have a full workshop for all your car servicing and part replacement needs. Get in touch with the team at G & D Diesel. They are the nicest people you will meet!

The car also got to stretch its legs by taking me up Hervey’s Range to the Tea Rooms for a coffee and lemon meringue.

While I was busy measuring the front brake rotors with the wheel off, I decided to get the paint pants that I had left over from doing the artwork on the roof pod and put on some white walls.

Sorry for the lack of posting recently. Been busy away for a short break in Sydney with the family and have come back feeling sick.

Keep posted as we will have a mini raffle coming up. It will include some of the prizes that were resonated by the a couple of winners. Thanks to those people to allow us to fundraise a little more towards our total.
