The PWC (jet ski) course covers theory and practical elements including the following units of competency:

✅ Equipment and preparing a personal watercraft for operation
✅ Legislative requirements
✅ Manoeuvring a personal watercraft.

This course may be completed as a separate course (for existing RMDL licence holders) or done in conjunction with the recreational boat licence BoatSafe course.

Enrol in the online theory training to complete the BoatSafe accredited course in preparation for the formal theory assessment. This must be completed prior to practical boat (RMDL) or jet ski (PWC) training.

Book your Practical Training & Assessment by calling Peter on 0419 729 227 (completed to the new BoatSafe requirements)

✅ STEP THREE:
Take your Statement of Competency to Queensland Transport within 6 months to obtain your Recreational Marine Drivers Licence (RMDL) and or your Personal Water Craft Licence (PWC).

✅ NOTES:
*** To obtain a PWC (jet ski) licence you will need to first hold a RMDL (boat) licence. The combined Boat & PWC Licence Course can be conducted online as well as in person.

**The minimum age to obtain a RMDL (boat) or PWC (jet ski) licence is 16. You can attend a course at 15½ years old as the statement of competency is valid for 6 months.
