🚛 MC Road Train Driver – Toowoomba Region 🚛
Jordon Green Transport is a family-owned and operated business looking for an experienced MC Road Train Driver to join our team. Based in Toowoomba or surrounding areas, this role offers consistent work and a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys the job, and can be trusted to get on with things without needing to be constantly supervised. The right person will be self-motivated, show initiative, and take ownership of their truck, loads and day-to-day responsibilities.
The role includes:
• Driving road train and single trailer combinations
• Transporting hay, machinery, and general freight
• Loading, unloading, and safely restraining freight
• Keeping trucks clean and well presented
• Basic maintenance such as greasing trailers and routine checks
What we’re looking for:
• MC licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Minimum age requirement: 25 years old
• Confident loading, unloading, and tying down equipment
• Fit, reliable, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and unsupervised
• Someone who shows initiative and doesn’t need to be told every little thing that needs doing
• Takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys being part of the transport industry
• Willing to take ownership of the job and look after the equipment as if it were their own
• BFM preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Able to supply 2–3 recent work references
