The Oaks Airport was originally constructed and operated by the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) in 1942, as an alternative to the main airfield at nearby Camden. Legendary military aircraft including the Bristol Beaufighter, Lockheed Hudson and iconic Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk fighter were all flown....
